Hi all you Tigers - havnt been able to leave a message till now but would like to say a huge thank you to all the tigers that supported the recent fight night at ferryhill. To david, Natalie, Cameron and Ian - well done, as usual you represented the Tigers excellently. A big thank you to Mr Bell for supervising the refereeing - excellent job as usual. And a huge sorry to Bina for forgetting to call her up to get her award - if it is any consolation I also forgot Elaine as well !! We are busy selecting the team to face the Tigers on 10th May - there are going to be some cracking matches so get your tickets early !!!

hihi all. I just started taekwondo, i have been to about 5 sesions and already did my grading for my yellow tag! So if anybody goes to my taekwondo with Jalal then pls keep in touch! To all of those going to do there grading good luck!

Hi All you Tigers - Just a quick reminder that Master Bell and Master Lajevardi are collecting names and application forms for anyone interested in going to the Windmill trip this year - last year we took over 220 people to the event but this year we are restricted to 150 maximum - please do not delay as seats are selling incredibly fast and we would hate for any Tiger to miss out on travelling to the event. This is our second week at Harlow Green, Gateshead & me and my 7 year old son absolutely love it! Was apprehensive at first but Brian put me with another lady, called Steph, god she almost knocked me into next week - she's really strong. Nathan was laughing at me saying I was like a spider with arms and legs flying all over - Nathan is practising his techniques on Dad at this minute!

I would just like to say congratulations to all Taekwondo Tigers who took part in yesterdays tournament and not just a listed few. You all did us proud and also a big thank you to all officials and people who took there time to help and support this event
